I will get back to you as soon as I’m able to arrange an initial consultation. This is completely confidential, with no obligation to proceed further. It will give you an opportunity to talk about your concerns, and to decide if I’m the right counsellor for you.

If you decide you’d like to go ahead with counselling, we would usually try to find a regular session time, normally meeting once a week (or fortnightly) to begin with.
